Wynwood Warehouse Project Host the itinerant exhibit “Bullying, Grooming and Sexting awareness through Art-”. From the Dominican visual artist Iris Perez Romero.
The opening ceremony will be Saturday September 10th, 2016 at 7:00 pm. As part of The second Saturday events, in Wynwood Art District , 450 NW 27th st. Miami, Florida, USA. Coordinated by Danilo Gonzalez and Candida Perez
The exhibition, a set of drawings and paintings, draws attention to the violence to which children and adolescents are being exposed, both in homes and schools, and through various platforms created by technological networks. Also shows the unfairness and intolerance among humans.

"Bullying , Grooming and Sexting - Awareness Through Art"
Eminent Dominican artist Iris Perez has just launched her newest solo exhibition at the Miami’s Newsport building, home to Univision, the international TV Network. Organized by Leilani Garrido and Candida Perez Romero. Sponsored by the Orgullo@UCI group, she is the first visual artist to exhibit her works at the headquarters of this leading media outlet.
The exhibition, “Bullying, Grooming and Sexting - An Awareness Exhibit,” is a collection of drawing and paintings that tackle issues affecting children and adolescents, mainly aimed at the people who work there as well as visitors to the building. It will be on show until May 23rd, 2015.
The Award-winning journalist María Elena Salinas made the opening speech. She welcomed Iris Pérez to Univision and spoke about the Dominican artist’s career, mentioning that people would have the opportunity to see her works for one month at Fusión as well as at Univisión..
